On Sunday Feb 10th, 2002 the First Annual World Gangbang Championship was held in Warsaw, Poland, with the winner, Polish porn star Klaudia Figura setting a world record having sex with 646 men in just one day. The winning total shattered the previous record held by American porn star Huston, who had sex with 620 participants almost four years to day in 1998 in Los Angeles, California. The new international mark was set during the Third Annual Adults-Only Festival and Fair, Eroticon 2002 held in a massive convention center in Polands capital city. A total of three competitors participated in the precedent-setting event, Klaudia, along with Brazilian porn star Mayara, and British adult actress Claire Brown. The Championship started at 10 am Sunday morning with contest regulations calling for each sexual content to last no less than 30 seconds, and no longer than one minute- with each separate and distinct act of vaginal, anal or oral penetration counted as a score. For the first few hours Claire Brown led the trio by setting a torrid pace alternating between anal and vaginal sexual entries. But soon Clairs own enthusiasm caused her to quit due to severe genital pain just before 2 PM after totaling466. From that point to the pole and the Brazilian were literally neck and neck, with the lead changing hands several times. At the end it was a toss-up between the two last gangbangers, but at 5:58 Klaudia Figura was declared the winner and new Gangbang Champion with 646 sexual acts, and Mayara a razor-thin close second with 633.
